#1 Badger Cub Swan Neck

#1 Badger Cub Swan Neck

The Badger Cub Swan Neck Tool is 5/8” bar stock with a turned taper to hold the #1 Cutter. The shaft is about 10 ½” long. This tool is especially useful for turning the undercut areas in boxes and the insides of hollow forms such as a Southwest style hollowed form. It is a variation of the standard Badger Straight tool, with the only difference being the distinctive swan-neck.

These Badger Cub Swan Neck Tools are real problem solvers. With practice, you will have very little sanding to do. The harder and denser the wood, the better the Hunter tool seems to like it.

The handled Badger Cub Swan Neck Tool is provided with a 17” wood handle and has a shaft projection of 8”. Without a handle, the overall length of the tool is 10 1/2”. We recommend a 17” handle with about 3” of the shaft epoxied into the handle.

The Badger Cub Swan Neck Tool uses the #1 Cutter, #1 Screw and the #1 Torx wrench.
